The workshop will provide participants with the skills and techniques required to quickly, accurately and completely discover, describe and document Business Requirements. The unique, proven methodology is based on the use of industry standards, models, and best practices. It will produce consistent, complete and standard specifications, that can be handed to a software application design team to confidently begin the development process. This workshop is a must for organizations who are in the process of considering any of the following: § The launch of application development projects, § Major changes to existing applications, § The purchase of new off-the-shelf software, § Exploring an off-shoring development project, § The release of a Request for Proposal, § The need to define existing business processes, § The development of business continuity/disaster recovery plans, or § A potential outsourcing venture. The two may periodically switch roles to optimize session dynamics and effectiveness. As such, organizations will realize maximum benefits when at least two participants attend the workshop.
